Former title challenger Joshua “The Passion” Pacio scored another dominating victory in his quest of getting another crack of the ONE Strawweight belt after submitting Lan Ming Qiang of China at the 4:01 mark of the first round via rear-naked choke in the co-main event of ONE: Global Superheroes at the 20,000-seater Mall of Asia Arena in Manila.

The 22-year-old Baguio native makes it 2 in a row following his impressive spinning back fist knockout victory last December at ONE: Legends of the World against compatriot Roy Dolinguez.
The Wushu tactician wasted no time on imposing his skills against his Chinese opponent as he scored clean punches in the first two minutes of the round that leads into a take down with the Chinese defending from his back.
After landing multiple punches and elbow from full mount position, Pacio sneaked in at Qiang’s back with his Chinese foe surrendering his neck that leads to a tap via rear-naked choke at the 4:01 mark of the first round.

With this impressive victory, the Team Lakay prince improves his record to 11-2 while Qiang drops to 16-3
