Shervaniev Out To Prove a Point in Chechnya vs Dagestan Fight at BRAVE CF 46

Akhmat Fight Club’s Akhmed Shervaniev is coming off three straight wins and will look for his fourth BRAVE CF victory when he returns at BRAVE CF 46, set for Sochi, Russia, on January 16th. He will be representing Gronzy, Chechnya against Ramzan Sulebanov, a young undefeated fighter from Dagestan.

Akhmat Fight Club is renowned in the mixed martial arts community for developing some of the best wrestlers in the sport, yet with Shervaniev they have grown to prove that their striking skills are just as top-notch and deserve world recognition, despite Akhmed’s condecorations in the grappling circuit.

The Chechen Republic Combat Sambo and Pankration Champion and Chechen Republic Greco Roman Wrestling Champion has won all of his BRAVE CF fights and is coming off an incredible knockout in his last fight against Sweden’s Arman Popal at BRAVE CF 43 in Kombat Kingdom. Shervaniev demonstrated his aggressive striking skills and landed a straight right hook into Popal’s eye, finishing him with a series of strikes.

With a 15-1-1 MMA record and 11 stoppages under his belt, the Russian sensation has defeated fighters from several countries, including Mexico’s Arturo Chavez at BRAVE CF 32 in Kyrgyzstan and Brazil’s Antonio Carlos Ribeiro at BRAVE CF 18 in Bahrain. Now, the 24 year old Lightweight is hunting for another stoppage victory against Dagestan’s Gorets fighting club Ramazan Sulebanov.

BRAVE Combat Federation is bringing the fight to their Russia debut where Akhmed Shervaniev will face off Ramazan Sulebanov at BRAVE CF 46 in a battle pitting Chechnya against Dagestan in Sochi on January 16th, 2021.

The fight will mark a battle between the two toughest regions in Russia who develop world stars in MMA.
