Dustin Ortiz Latest Top Name To Sign On For BRAVE CF’s Flyweight Division

BRAVE Combat Federation continues to bolster up its Flyweight division, with the addition of several top names. After Sean Santella signed a multi-fight deal with the fastest-growing MMA organization in the world, and Marcel Adur renewed his commitment with the Bahraini brand, Dustin Ortiz is the latest Flyweight fighter to sign with BRAVE CF.

At 31, Ortiz is on the prime of his career and holds a record of 19 wins and eight losses, which includes a KO victory over fellow BRAVE CF fighter Matheus Nicolau, who now fights at Bantamweight, as well as a decision in his favor against BRAVE CF Flyweight Zach Makovsky.

Out of his 19 career victories, Dustin has 12 wins by stoppage, an impressive number for a Flyweight. The American Roufusport representative won seven fights by KO/TKO, and four by submission. He holds notable wins over Alexandre Pantoja, Justin Scoggins, and Ray Borg.

Ortiz will come into an impressive roster at 57kg for BRAVE CF, joining the likes of his countryman Jose “Shorty” Torres, the aforementioned Sean Santella, Marcel Adur, and Zach Makovsky, as well as Sambo world champion Velimurad Alkhasov, and IMMAF world champions Muhammad Mokaev and Abdul Hussein.
