All bouts are cleared and set to move forward, headlined by the highly anticipated rematch between No. 1-ranked contender Omar Solomanov of Ukraine and No. 2-ranked Rauan “Shymyr” Bekbolat of Kazakhstan for the BRAVE CF Interim Featherweight World Title. The winner will secure the right to challenge reigning divisional king Nemat “Eagle” Abdrashitov of Kyrgyzstan in a unification clash.

Solomanov and Bekbolat first met at BRAVE CF 85 in August 2024, where the Kazakh sensation pulled off an upset by submitting the Ukrainian standout via guillotine choke in the third round. Their rivalry now resumes in Zhengzhou, with gold on the line.

For the first time in history, a BRAVE World Championship will be contested on Chinese soil, adding historic significance to the promotion’s third visit to the nation.

In the co-main event, China’s own “The Stalker” Xie Bin makes his long-awaited promotional debut against former BRAVE CF Bantamweight World Champion Nicholas Hwende of Zimbabwe in a high-stakes featherweight showdown.

The main card will also feature the return of No. 5-ranked super lightweight contender Khamzat Maaev, a rising star often compared to global icon Khamzat Chimaev.

Fans will also witness the maiden appearance of Indian prospect Owais Yaqoob, who makes history as the first mixed martial artist from Kashmir to compete under a major international banner.

Additionally, Indian veteran Kantharaj Agasa returns to the BRAVE CF cage after nearly six years, further bolstering the lineup.

Shortly after weigh-ins, the traditional face-offs ignited the crowd. While most staredowns carried a tone of mutual respect, the atmosphere spiked when Iran’s Mojtaba “The Soldier Panther” Nasir locked eyes with his Chinese opponent, Zeqiuduoji. The heated exchange drew cheers from fans in attendance and set the stage for one of the most explosive showdowns of the night, adding an extra layer of drama heading into fight day.

BRAVE CF 98 promises a night of world-class MMA action, reinforcing the organization’s mission to create a truly global platform for athletes to shine.
