Olzhas Eskaraev Promises To Go ‘’All Out’’ For BRAVE CF Interim Title

While the fairytale-ending may point to Kyrgyzstan’s Abdisalam Kubanychbek (18-3) being crowned the interim king of the Lightweight division following his shortfall in his last attempt, Kazakhstan’s Olzhas Eskaraev (10-5) has every intention of spoiling the party and turning BRAVE CF59 into his dream night.

Debuting in Bukhara, Uzbekistan this weekend, BRAVE CF 59 marks yet another record as the fastest-growing MMA organization in the world visiting its 27th country to date since inception. And what better way to celebrate that milestone than showcasing Central Asian MMA’s finest athletes going head to head in a tantalizing showdown that has a protagonist/antagonist dynamic attached to it.

Kubanychbek – the long-time Number One contender in the Lightweight division has had to wait a bit longer to get his shot at the undisputed champion, Egypt’s Ahmed Amir (12-3-1) after the champ went into recovery after winning the title.

This Saturday, June 18, both Kubanychbek and Eskaraev have a shot at the interim title and the latter – who only steps into the BRAVE CF cage for the second time – dropped a spoiler alert for his opponent’s fans ahead of their main event fight.

“I know the opponent. He (Kubanychbek) is respected in his homeland. He is a strong guy. He deserves to fight in title fights. There are no ordinary athletes at this level. But this fight will show everything,” says Eskaraev. “I can’t make predictions, but one thing is clear – we will fight to the last. We’ve come to win!” says Eskaraev who successfully debuted in his homeland when he beat Brazil’s Lucas Martins (20-6) via rear-naked choke in the second round of their BRAVE CF 53 bout in August last year.

“It’s an honor to fight for the belt. It is a big responsibility. We must win at all costs, there are no other options! I will not disclose my plans. A spectacle awaits the fans!,” added Eskaraev, a grizzled and emotionally intelligent athlete who is used to having his back against the wall having fought in various MMA circuits across the globe before joining one of the biggest promotions in the world, BRAVE CF.

“Before signing the contract, I heard a lot about BRAVE CF. Fighting here was a dream for me as I’m waiting for high-profile fights and victories.”

BRAVE CF 59 will be yet another testament to the scope it gives athletes from across the globe. And this weekend BRAVE CF draws its and the world’s attention to an array of highly-talented Central Asian athletes who can change their lives with a strong showing under the bright lights of BRAVE CF 59, which takes place in association with Amir Temur Fighting Championship.
