Chechen-Swiss standout Husein “Laman Borz” Kadimagomaev continues taking shots at his opponent ahead of BRAVE CF 57, this time commenting on his striking, wrestling, and conditioning.
The 22 year old is scheduled to face 35 year old Agshin “Warrior” Babaev during BRAVE CF first event of 2022 scheduled to take place this March 11th as part of BRAVE International Combat Week.
Kadimagomaev, who suffered his first loss during his last appearance inside the BRAVE CF cage, has been vocal about the improvements he has made during his time away from the promotion. Eager to redeem himself, Kadimagomaev personally advocated for his current match-ups against a veteran mixed martial artist to prove his last BRAVE CF fight was a one-off situation.
“Four weeks and I’m back in the BRAVE CF Cage,” said Kadimagomaev. “I’m going to show a new level.”
He continued by mocking Babaev’s abilities and vowing to “smash him” in true chechen style.
“I don’t understand how Agshin Babaev wants to fight me because my striking is better, my wrestling is better, and my conditioning is better,” said Kadimagomaev. “When the cage closes, I’m going to smash him.”
Kadimagomaev has been training with the likes of Abus Magomedov, Roberto Soldic, David Zavada, and Lom Ali Eskijev in preparation for his upcoming fight.
With one goal in his mind, the BRAVE CF vacant Featherweight belt, Kadimagomaev is en-route to become the youngest champion in BRAVE CF history.
“Agshin,” said Kadimagomaev. “Stay ready, I’m coming.”
