BRAVE Combat Federation the premier international Mixed Martial Arts promotion founded by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa in the Kingdom of Bahrain has signed an agreement with the Serbian MMA Federation, which opens up the global MMA scene to local talents through a “Road to BRAVE” series of events.
The Serbian MMA Federation is hosting in the Eastern European country a Mixed Martial Arts League called “MMA Liga”, which encompasses more than 40 teams and over 1,000 registered athletes.
The tournament, which is being held through four different events, is scouting the best amateur talent across the country. The winners of “MMA Liga” will then turn professional and compete again in the upcoming year, this time as professionals, with the most prominent athletes being awarded with BRAVE Combat Federation international contracts.
“The news from Bahrain excited all MMA fans in Serbia”, said Luka Nikolic, president of the Serbian MMA Federation. “It’s an opportunity for our competitors to be on the biggest world stage and now it’s up to them to show as much as possible in the MMA League of Serbia in order to join BRAVE CF”.
This partnership, once again, reinforces BRAVE Combat Federation’s commitment to the development of the sport of Mixed Martial Arts worldwide, from the grassroot level to the heights of global MMA, opening the door to young MMA talents around the world.
