BRAVE CF 51: The Future is Here, the epic debut of the truly global MMA promotion in Belarus, added a new bout to its fight card, only two weeks prior to the event. And who, besides Muhammad Mokaev, would be up to such task?
The MMA sensation, and two-time IMMAF World Champion is heading to his sixth professional fight only ten months after making the transition from the amateur ranks. He will take on Georgia’s own Ibragim Navruzov on June 4th, at the Falcon Club, in Minsk, capital of Belarus.
Holding a perfect combined record of 28-0, Mokaev has been standing out from the pack since day one. In his last pro fight, “The Punisher”, as he’s also known as, dominated the former amateur world champion Abdul Hussein at BRAVE CF 49: Superfights.
Across the cage, Mokaev will have, once again, a worthy challenger. BRAVE CF newcomer Ibragim Navruzov is one of the most sought-after Eastern European talents and joined the fastest-growing organization to pursue his dream of becoming a world champion.
Holding a professional record of 5 wins and a single loss, Navruzov had previously competed in the Russian and European MMA circuits and is now finally ready to go big and make his international debut.
Due to the short time available for both athletes, who compete in the Flyweight division (up to 57kg), the bout will be a 59kg Catchweight, in order to preserve the integrity and health of the fighters and, in addition, ensuring the quality of the show for the fans watching.
BRAVE CF 51: The Future is Here takes place on June 4th, in Minsk, Balrus. The event will be headlined by the Lightweight bout between the former world champion Lucas “Mineiro” Martins and the upcoming German star Marcel Grabinski.
