Champ Amin Ayoub Believes Ylies Djiroun Will Knock Sam Patterson Out at BRAVE CF 51

Even though a Lightweight title shot is not necessarily guaranteed to the winner of Ylies Djiroun vs Sam Patterson at next month’s BRAVE CF 51: The Future Is Here, Amin Ayoub still has his calendar set for June 4th. The current world champion at 155lbs, ‘’Fierceness’’ is backing his countryman Djiroun to beat Englishman Patterson.

While he admits he supports Ylies due to their friendship, the reigning king of the Lightweights truly believes the difference in experience will play a major role when Djiroun meets Patterson and is hoping for a landmark win for his ‘’brother’’, even going as far as dismissing Sam’s biggest win against veteran Felipe Silva.

‘’It’s amazing, you know, because Ylies Djiroun is my brother and I know and I’m sure he will knock out Sam Patterson. Sam Patterson talks a lot because he knocked out the old fighter Felipe, you know Felipe is old, I think he’s maybe 35 or 34 years old, something like that. So Sam Patterson is young, it’s normal to take out Felipe Silva but he made a very big promotion about this, it’s just a KO, it’s normal but Ylies Djiroun will do something dirty to Sam Patterson. Be ready’’, claimed Ayoub.

While he waits on the sidelines for a re-booking of his first title defense against Ahmed Amir or a meeting with Abdisalam Kubanychbek, Ayoub will also be interested in watching the main event of BRAVE CF 51. It will oppose a man who once held the same title he holds today, Lucas Martins, against a rising star that could soon become a fresh contender in the talent-rich division in Marcel Grabinski.

Aside from the main event, BRAVE CF 51: The Future Is Here will feature a number of intriguing bouts such as the all-Russian Featherweight duel between Roman Bogatov and Abdulmutalip Gairbekov, as well as the much-anticipated debuts of Belarusian stars Denis Maher and Vadim Kutsyi. The historic show takes place in Minsk, Belarus, in association with Rukh Sport Management.
