Ali Bagautinov Eager to be Back in Action at BRAVE CF 46

Flyweight star Ali Bagautinov will have the first taste of BRAVE CF action a week from today, when he takes on Oleg Lichkovakha in a Catchweight bout. It will serve as the co-main event of BRAVE CF 46, the fastest-growing organization’s first-ever trip to Russia, which will take place in association with Krepost Selection.

It is a much-needed return to mixed martial arts to one of Russia’s most well-rounded fighters. Bagautinov has experience in boxing, wrestling, sambo, and pankration, having excelled at world level in many of these sports. Now, he’s eager to get back in the mix.

So much so that he’s just happy to be in action again, and has dismissed Oleg Lichkovakha as an opponent, claiming he prefers to let his rival think of him instead of thinking about Oleg himself.

‘’I don’t think much of my opponent Oleg, let him think of me. And I calmly wait and prepare for January 16th. I missed the cage very much, I am hungry and angry, I want to show my best fighting qualities’’, says ‘’Puncher King’’.

BRAVE CF 46 is set to be headlined by a world title fight with reigning Super Lightweight champion Eldar Eldarov defending his crown for the first time against Leonardo Mafra on January 16th. Aside from the stars of the main and co-main events, BRAVE CF 46 will also feature huge names in Russian MMA such as Roman Bogatov, Konstantin Erokhin, and Rustam Chsiev.
