GLORY: COLLISION 2 Final Card Confirmed

The full card for GLORY: COLLISION 2 is now confirmed.

GLORY: COLLISION 2 is headlined by GLORY world heavyweight champion Rico ‘The King of Kickboxing’ Verhoeven (55-10, 16 KO’s) and his arch-rival Badr Hari (106-13,92 KO’s), rematching three years on from their first epic encounter.

With the world heavyweight title on the line, this rematch – the biggest fight in the history of the sport – will take place in front of nearly 30,000 fans at the Gelredome soccer stadium in Arnhem, Netherlands on Saturday, December 21.

In the co-main event, ‘The Infamous’ Luis Tavares (61-8, 22 KO’s) of Rotterdam, Netherlands will face French veteran Stephane Susperregui (49-9-2, 28 KO’s). Ranked at #5, Susperregui recently derailed Felipe Micheletti’s title-shot hopes and is looking to do the same to the #2-ranked Tavares.

Battle-tested young guns Mohammed Jaraya (64-8, 36 KO’s) and Massaro Glunder (33-13-4, KO’s) will meet in a lightweight battle in the second fight of the four-fight COLLISION 2 card, which opens with a featherweight clash between two of the division’s most exciting fighters, Zakaria Zougarry (32-5-1, 16 KO’s) and the USA’s Asa Ten Pow (11-1, 5 KO’s).

Brazilian GLORY middleweight champion Alex ‘Po Atan’ Pereira (31-6, 20 KO’s) headlines the GLORY 74 ARNHEM section of the card, putting his title on the line against Ertugul Bayrak (18-6, 5 KO’s) in a main event fight set for five rounds.

That fight is preceded by an encounter between featherweight contenders Serhii Adamchuk (38-11, 14 KO’s) and Aleksei Ulianov (29-6-1, 7 KO’s) and a light-heavyweight bout between Michael Duut (43-12, 20 KO’s) and Ariel Machado (47-9, 34 KO’s) for which the ringside judges are unlikely to be needed.

Opening the four-fight GLORY 74 ARNHEM card is a lightweight fight between Israeli standout Itay Gershon (16-5, 6 KO’s) and Chinese newcomer Li Sanjin.

GLORY: COLLISION 2 commences with a five-fight Superfight Series card, headlined by power-punching heavyweights Jahfarr Wilnis (32-12-1, 8 KO’s) and Antonio Plazibat (17-3, 11 KO’s).

Rising middleweight prospect Donovan Wisse (14-1, 8 KO’s) faces Brazilian debutant Cesar Almeida (41-6, 28 KO’s), who has a win over Alex Pereira on his record and is arriving in GLORY with the intention of chasing a rematch.

A heavyweight encounter between Cihad Kepenek (21-5, 15 KO’s) and Nordine Mahieddine (24-9, 12 KO’s) and a middleweight clash between Kevin van Heeckeren (4-2-1, 1 KO) and Ulric Bokeme (30-3, 17 KO’s) form the mid-section of the Superfight Series card, which opens with Texas-based teenage Muay Thai prodigy Bekah Irwin facing China’s Yi Xu (6-2, 1 KO).
