Stephen Loman Ready To Show His Best Version At BRAVE CF 30 In India

One of the best bantamweight athletes on the planet right now, Brave Combat Federation Bantamweight World Champion Stephen “The Sniper” Loman is ready to make a mark in the mixed martial arts world once again.

The 27-year-old Baguio City native will try to finish his 2019 campaign on a high note when he defends his World Title against Louie “Leonidas” Sanoudakis of Canada in the main event of BRAVE CF 30 at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad, India on November 23.

This will be Loman’s fourth World Title defense and his sixth appearance under the Bahrain-based promotion. In his last outing, the Team Lakay star successfully defended his crown after scoring a fourth-round TKO win over Elias “Smile” Boudegzdame of France at BRAVE CF 22 in Manila last March.

Now that another tough assignment awaits him this Saturday, Loman looks to leave the 5,000-seater indoor arena in India with a decisive win.

“I’m very excited and happy to compete again and to defend my World Title. My World Title is my life, and I will do everything to keep the belt around my waist,” said Loman.

“Training and preparation for this match are doing well. I expect to be 100% on fight night. I know that this is not an easy match, but I’m very motivated to retain my World Title and bring it back home in the mountains of Baguio in the Philippines,” he added.

Training non-stop since his successful defense in Manila 8 months ago, Loman admits that he has upgraded his overall skill set to be more prepared on whatever challenges he will be facing next.

For his upcoming battle, Loman shared that he focused more on his striking, along with his lateral movement to properly mix up his offense.

“I am determined to succeed in this sport and that’s why I make sure to work on the things that will help me to achieve it,” said Loman. “I know I’ve been winning lately but that won’t stop my dedication to improve, instead, it pushes me to be even better in martial arts.”

But despite 100% ready for his next war, the man looking to take his crown is Sanoudakis, who also looks to build an impressive run of his own.

The talented 30-year-old Montreal, Canada native who trains at the famed Tristar gym owns an impressive professional record of eight wins with just one loss and is currently undefeated in his two matches under the Brave Combat Federation banner.

In his most recent bout, Sanoudakis dominated James “Job Done” Brum of England en route to a unanimous decision victory at BRAVE CF 24 in London, England last July.

Sanoudakis is also regarded by many as one of the best up-and-coming talents from Canada.

“I know Sanoudakis is a strong fighter and he has a great stand up game, but I’m also confident with my striking and I know I can keep up with whatever he’ll throw in our fight,” said Loman.

Despite pressure getting stronger as the match goes near, Loman is unfazed. He is stepping into the Brave Combat Federation stage for his family as well as his country who is his ultimate motivation.

“I’m all set and ready. I will do everything to win. This match is for my family, team, supporters and to all my fellow Filipino,” Loman ended.
