The Filipino army scheduled to represent the country in Brave Combat Federation’s debut card got a new addition. Team Lakay’s Jomar Pa-ac is set to face India’s Satya Behuria in a Flyweight bout.
Jomar Pa-ac has a 5-2 record and comes off his first loss under BRAVE CF’s banner, against Hussain Maki, las May. After a long layoff, Jomar is back to get back to the “W” column and get closer to the top of the 57 kg division.
His opponent, Satya Behuria recently made his debut for BRAVE CF, in his home country India, in December. Satya submitted his fellow countryman Sarabjit Singh with a triangle choke to not only get the win but a contract extension with BRAVE CF.
Jomar Pa-ac will join, among other Filipinos in the card, his teammate Stephen “The Sniper” Loman. The bantamweight world champion is putting his title on the line and will defend it at home against the former featherweight titleholder Elias “Smile” Boudegzdame.
BRAVE CF 22 takes place on March 15, at Mall of Asia Arena, in Manila, Philippines. This will be the first time that Brave Combat Federation, the truly global MMA promotion, hosts a card in the country.
