MACAU – Filipino MMA star Danny “The King” Kingad of Team Lakay continues his rise to the top of the flyweight division after a unanimous decision victory over Ma Hao Bin of China in their three-round flyweight fight at the ONE Championship ONE: Pinnacle of Power at the Studio City in Macau, China.
The 22-year-old Baguio City native who hails from the acclaimed Team Lakay, was accurate with his strikes as well with his ground game in all three rounds, resulting to a unanimous decision victory for the Filipino warrior.
Following a tough loss for the ONE Flyweight World Championship this past November against Moraes, Kingad rebounded with an impressive victory over Sotir Kichukov in Malaysia four months later.
And with a crucial flyweight ranking on the line, Kingad made sure that his path to the top won’t be block by his Chinese foe.
With this victory “The King” of Team Lakay improves his record to six wins with only one loss, while Bin drops to 10 wins and three losses.
