Stephen Loman Clears Weight for His First Title Defense in Europe

Stephen Loman cleared the weigh-ins to face Frans Mlambo from SBG Ireland. The champion from Team Lakay will be fighting his twelfth professional fight in his career. The fight will take place in the bantamweight division. Loman has a professional record of 9-2-0 and has never lost a fight to submission or decision in his entire career. The bout itself is a rematch. Loman who is the first ever fighter from Philippines to fight in Brave Combat Federation had faced Mlambo previously. Loman won the fight by unanimous decision shocking the MMA fans by becoming the first fighter from Philippines to score a victory over the SBG Ireland fight team which is also the gym where UFC Champion Conor McGregor trains.

Meanwhile Mlambo is the first fighter who is an IMMAF gold medalist to compete in Brave Combat Federation. The fight night will begin at 05:30 PM in Belfast at the SSE Arena. The fight night is special due to the many celebrity presence confirmed including Boxing World Champion, Amir Khan and team from Straight Blast Gym Ireland.
